Description
SCOPE OF WORK (GENERAL)
- Locate and expose tank lids
- Open and inspect tank, measure sludge/scum levels
- Offsite Waste Disposal
- Inspect baffles, tees, risers, lids, visible piping
- Perform selected add-on services (if applicable)
- Provide written report and recommendations
EXCLUSIONS
Repairs, replacements, excavation, drain-field restoration and damage from improper system use.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
- Term: 12 months from date of signing
- Renewal: Auto-renews unless canceled with 30 days written notice
- Payment: Monthly or annual billing options
- Access: Customer must provide safe access to tank and components
- Emergency Service: Billed separately
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain access to tank lids
- Avoid flushing prohibited materials
- Notify provider of unusual odors, backups, or slow drains
- Approve additional work before it is performed
- Monthly Use of Approved Septic Restore Treatment
