Description
SCOPE OF WORK (GENERAL)
- Locate and expose tank lids (additional fee if lids are buried)
- Open and inspect tank, measure sludge/scum levels
- Pump contents to legal disposal facility
- Inspect baffles, tees, risers, lids, visible piping
- Perform selected add-on services (if applicable)
- Provide written report and recommendations
EXCLUSIONS
Repairs, replacements, excavation, heavy jetting, drain-field restoration, electrical work, major plumbing repairs, and damage from improper system use are not included.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
- Term: 12 months from date of signing
- Renewal: Auto-renews unless canceled with 30 days written notice
- Payment: Monthly or annual billing options
- Access: Customer must provide safe access to tank and components
- Emergency Service: Billed separately unless included in tier
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain access to tank lids
- Avoid flushing prohibited materials
- Notify provider of unusual odors, backups, or slow drains
- Approve additional work before it is performed
